  • Prepare Seller Agency & List Documents and obtain signatures
  • Material Facts & Disclosures Documents
  • Schedule photos & measurements*
  • Enter Listing in up to two MLS's 
  • Upload photos and any attachments
  • Add showing instructions into preferred platform* 

* must provide list of all preferred vendors

CONTRACT TO CLOSE

5 Star Leverage takes over the transaction from the time of the executed contract to closing.  We will be the first point of contact and your liaison on the Seller side of the transaction and additionally the following is included:

  • Introduction emails & maintain contact to all parties throughout the transaction
  • Ensure all documents are accurate
  • Coordinate signatures on any additional documents during the transaction 
  • Updates sent regularly to all parties ​
  • Compliance / Commissions entered into preferred platform
  • Review the final HUD/CD
